HR professionals are often expected to provide clarity for everyone else—while navigating constant change, competing priorities, difficult conversations, and decisions that affect people across the organization.
When demands are high, it’s easy to become reactive, delay difficult decisions, or lose sight of what matters most.
This keynote gives HR professionals a practical way to slow down reactions, assess situations clearly, and make intentional decisions—even when conditions aren’t perfect.
The result: clearer communication, stronger alignment, better follow-through, and greater momentum.
WHY THIS RESONATES WITH HR PROFESSIONALS
HR professionals are expected to make sound decisions while balancing people, priorities, policies, and organizational needs—often without perfect information or ideal circumstances.
In Choose to Rise: Decisions That Ignite Momentum, Janine Stange gives HR professionals a practical approach for making clearer decisions in those moments.
Drawing from her nationwide journey to perform the National Anthem in all 50 states—where she navigated uncertainty, setbacks, unfamiliar environments, and high-pressure decisions in real time—Janine translates those experiences into tools audiences can use immediately.
Through her DROP Method, attendees learn how to slow down reactions, assess situations clearly, communicate more intentionally, and take the next right action.
This isn’t about eliminating pressure. It’s about making better decisions within it.

Meet Janine STANGE
Janine Stange is a keynote speaker who helps leaders and teams make clearer decisions, communicate with greater intention, and create momentum when priorities compete.
She made history as the first person to perform the National Anthem in all 50 states—a journey that required navigating uncertainty, setbacks, unfamiliar environments, and countless decisions without a clear roadmap. Her story became the subject of the documentary National Anthem Girl and she has been featured by national media including NBC, FOX, USA TODAY, and more.
Janine’s commitment to service continued through Janine’s Team, her initiative supporting military members and veterans. She has worked alongside numerous veteran-focused organizations and completed projects designed to honor those who serve—including a 24-hour National Anthem initiative benefiting military nonprofits.
Today, Janine brings those experiences to the stage through relatable storytelling, audience interaction, and her practical DROP Method®, helping audiences move beyond inspiration and take intentional action on what matters most.
BRING CHOOSE TO RISE TO YOUR NEXT HR EVENT
